Flats at ul. Grodzieńska 48, Warsaw – construction of a multi-family residential building. Implementation period 2021–2022.
About the project: Grodzieńska 48 is a unique project. The multi-family building was built in the heart of North Praga, a district of Warsaw that is primarily famous for its 19th-century candle and soap factories and a vodka factory dating back to 1895. Our architects combined the factory atmosphere of pre-war Praga tenement buildings with a hint of modernity. And so, 23 original loft-style flats were created.
