Flats at ul. Jagiellońska 32, Warsaw – renovation and modernisation of a historic tenement building. Implementation period 2014–2015.
About the project: Ul. Jagiellońska 32 – the historic building we renovated and modernised is located in the old part of the district North Praga in Warsaw. The original three-storey tenement building was built between 1904 and 1905 for Jan and Adela Stern. Following a general renovation of the building, which took place under the control of the historic buildings conservation officer, 40 charming flats and 2 commercial units were created.
