Flats at ul. Mała 3, Warsaw – renovation, modernisation, extension and superstructure of a multi-family residential building with commercial units. Implementation period 2017–2019.
About the project: thanks to our efforts, a historical residential building in the new part of the district of North Praga in Warsaw has been given new life. The building was originally built in 1882 and had two storeys. The owner of the tenement building just before the outbreak of the Second World War was Stanisław Janikowski. In the existing building, we have created 11 flats in a pre-war atmosphere. There are 29 modern residential units and commercial units in the extended part.
