Flats at ul. Ząbkowska 14, Warsaw – renovation and reconstruction of the building and construction of a new multi-family residential building on a vacant lot. Implementation period 2016–2018.
About the project: 51 flats and 2 commercial units have been created in the new building, and 2 commercial units in front of the building have been renovated and converted. Ul. Ząbkowska 14 is located in Warsaw’s North Praga district. This building was built in 1865–66 and is the oldest brick house surviving at the ul. Ząbkowska.
